We have ordered delivery a few times now because our son is young. Disappointed with the fries every time! If this is a large fry, I want a discount!

Super long line when we got there it’s the normal and we are used to it my wife was unsure what to get so we asked if we could go up to the menu board, they said sure no problem, we got the same 3 beefs hot pepper and cheddar. Wife got a burger we spent about 10 min waiting and no cars were going infront of us so we sat, no one came no one said anything. Went to the window and the guy who takes the food to the cars said ‘got a skipped car’ I asked him what was going on that we sat for 10/15 min waiting he apologized and gave us a free slice of chocolate cake. Cool it was kind, pulled forward and waited approximately another 30 min and brought a free milkshake. Forward to next morning we are all very ill with upset stomach’s, 4 people with upset stomachs we have all been up since 2/4 am.

The spicy beef sandwich is to die for! My husband's classic hot dog was incredible! The fries and onion rings were fabulous! I wish we didn't live so far away! They have a super cute merch area available with little fresh purchases in case you wanted cake but forgot! The lobby was very clean and the staff was so attentive and complimentary. They first made my strawberry lemon cake shake and there was a minor defect in the cup. I didnt care, but they said, "No way, let me remake that for you." Professionalism perfection! When I'm in town again, I WILL be stopping in for that beef sandwich. I'll dream about it till then. You must go now! Well, when you're hungry Haha!

My dbl burger was hot and juicy. I got there around noon. But...the fries were warm only. At best warm. Some were hard and dry. Fries were under the heat lamp to long. Shouldn't happen during mid lunch. I drove over to Renard and starting eating within minutes So no excuses about driving home. Disappointing. Usually I have great fries.

Fantastic family restaurant. When we're visiting family & friends in this area we always patronize Portillo's & have a great time. The food & the dining atmosphere is always top notch.
